Specialist:

a person who devotes himself or herself to one subject or to one particular branch of a subject or pursuit.

Generalist

a person whose knowledge, aptitudes, and skills are applied to a field as a whole or to a variety of different fields.

This picture is just funny. It's hard to choose who is the winner between specialist and generalist. In my opinion, I choose specialist. Because I'm working as a programmer, so, becoming specialist is more important.
